LAS VEGAS, January 7, 2008 – CLO Systems, an industry leader in advanced mounting solutions for flat panel displays, has announced its newest, programmable, robotic flat-panel, on-wall mount - the S2™ is being shown at this week’s 2008 International Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas. The new mount will be on display in South Hall 2, booth #26426 and also in South Hall 1, booth # 20923 and 20425 with CLO’s strategic partner Chief | Sanus Systems (CSAV), www.chiefmfg.com and www.sanus.com.

S2 is a unique high-tech alternative to today’s manual articulating mount. S2’s 90 degrees of continuously variable swivel range eliminates flat-panel viewing problems such as glare, reflection and off-axis viewing problems including inaccurate color and loss of picture detail, all without putting a single fingerprint on your television. At the touch of a button on the remote control, two user programmable memories recall stored viewing preferences.

Developed with integrator input and consultation, S2 features easy on-wall installation and when not in use, retracts the TV to an unobtrusive; flush position residing only 2.8 inches from the wall. The mount may be installed to swivel to the right or inverted to swivel to the left. S2 is easily installed in the same manner as any conventional wall-mounting unit. A universal mounting attachment kit is provided to facilitate easy coupling with the flat panel display.

Availability and Sizes

Available now, S2 is designed to accommodate plasma or LCD flat-panel TVs from 32 to 50-inch sizes and weighing up to 135 pounds.
