XARM Motorized Flat Panel Mount March 4, 2008Reviewer: D. D. from Glendale , AZ United States
I bought this mount about a month ago and finally got it and my 60" Hitachi Plasma installed two weeks ago. It is one solidly built piece of equipment. I know my unit was on the heavy side (Approximately 170 lbs.) and this mount handles it with ease. The instructions provided were clear and concise. Only one small issue involving the IR pickup (installer grabbed and installed the TV IR pickup into the Mount which burned the pickup out) which was quickly and easily resolved by Ken at CLO Systems. The mount isn't cheap, but the way I look at it, you get what you pay for! It really works good for adjusting the TV to get rid of glare from my windows in the family room and kitchen. I like the two preset settings too, saves some fussing for getting it adjusted just right. I would definitely buy from the Home Theatre Store and CLO Systems again

Thank you for your help in getting my CLO System television mount delivered and operational. It’s a perfect mount for my television considering the location and height placement of the television up high on the room wall.
The downward tilt is perfect for aligning the television for viewing. The retraction feature when the television is not being used, really helps the aesthetics.
Recently, I had the Direct TV technician in my home to install one of their receiver units. He commented that with the innumerable units that he has installed, this was the first time that he had seen such a fancy unit with its capabilities.
Thank you again for being so helpful. I couldn’t be more pleased with your CLO System mount. I would highly recommend your mount to anyone who needs a television mount, especially in situations where there may be some benefit from adjustment of the direction and position setting.

I just wanted to take a minute and let you know how much I'm enjoying my new X-Arm. From installation to operation, this continues to be a purely positive experience. The fun began when the installer took it out of the box and told me he had never seen anything like it. He said that he had done installations all over Los Angeles, Beverly Hills and Brentwood including the homes of some pretty famous people (think NBA). He said he had not seen anything even close to the X-Arm. I felt like a millionaire. The installer and I needed only a few minutes with your provided instructions and we were ready to go. After we had my new plasma TV mounted and on the wall, we realized we had forgotten a couple of cables for the surround sound. The installer I had helping me thought we would have to take the whole set-up apart and start over, but I just turned on my X-Arm, tilted it up, and swiveled it all the way to the left. Suddenly we had more than enough room to maneuver. I'm also very happy with the versatility it provides in our den. Whether seated on the couch, bar, desk or in "my chair" I always have a perfect view with little or no trouble, and if I move, that perfect view moves with me. Thanks again and please keep me posted on any new products you come up with.
